Mgr. Daniel Kaucký graduated at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. From 2002, he worked as a junior attorney-at-law, and after successful exams of the Czech Bar Association exams in 2005, he works as fully licensed attorney-at-law from 2006. Mgr. Daniel Kaucký specializes in providing full range of legal services to corporate clients, mainly in the area of civil and commercial laws (corporations and cooperatives), labor law and intellectual property law. He represents in proceedings before court and before other public authorities in the areas of his specialization. |

JUDr. Sylva Kopecká graduated at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Since 2010, she worked as a junior attorney-at-law and after being admitted to the Czech Bar Association in 2013, as an attorney-at-law. JUDr. Sylva Kopecká specializes in real-estate law providing legal advice in matters concerning real-estate transfer (the purchase and sale of real estate and rental law), civil law, commercial law, (corporations and cooperatives) and criminal law, including representing clients in court proceedings. |
